Your quote sets the terms. It will separate drinks or stock charges from staffing, equipment, setup and transport where applicable. Ask us to confirm any minimum spend, booking deposit, overtime and unused-stock terms. Consumption-based billing applies only where expressly agreed.

Event bar FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
Send your date, venue and approximate guest count as early as possible. We will check availability and confirm the booking requirements.
Is there a minimum guest count or spend?
Tell us your numbers and venue. Any minimum charge, minimum spend or staffing requirement will be stated in the quote; do not assume the package outline removes these conditions.
Do you supply the drinks, or can we supply our own?
Tell us what you already have and what you would like us to provide. We will confirm whether a stock-supplied, service-only or mixed arrangement is available for your event.
What do you need from our venue?
We will agree bar space, loading access, setup times, power, water and venue restrictions. The quote will specify the equipment and staffing to be supplied.
How does pricing work?
Your written quote sets out drinks or stock charges, service hours and any staffing, equipment, setup or transport charges. It also confirms any minimum spend, booking deposit, overtime and cancellation terms.
Do we pay only for drinks consumed?
Only where that billing arrangement is expressly agreed in your quote. Staffing, hire, transport or minimum charges may still apply. Confirm how opened, damaged and unused stock will be counted and settled.
